Located in Positano and close to Amalfi, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, in a historic and fascinating ancient residence of a noble Italian family. From the villa you can admire the natural beauty, the sea and the islands of the coast. The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a patio and a well-equipped kitchen, two lounges and a private garden with a panoramic swimming pool. Each space is well cared for in style and comfort to make you enjoy a dream stay in one of the most evocative places in the world. It is possible to rent a car with a driver to reach the restaurants on the coast, but for those who want to walk, on La Praia beach, which has retained the charm of an ancient fishing village, there are several characteristic restaurants and bars of various levels.

The rental include:

• Daily buffet breakfast includes: bread, butter, jam, Nutella, hot croissants,
selection of corn flakes, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, American
coffee and espresso, various fruit juices and orange juice fresh
• Cleaning during the week 5 hours a day (8:00 a.m. to 13:00 a.m.) during that
time the maid prepares breakfast too.
• Water, air conditioning and heating, electricity, wireless connection throughout
the hotel
• Hair dryer (in each bathroom)
• LCD screen, telephone, satellite TV (in each bedroom and living room)
• Safe on the ground floor
• HiFi system in the Rose Lounge, Patio, SPA and outdoor swimming pool with

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

- For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
