In this villa you can try a unique experience!
It is in fact an ancient medieval watchtower of the 12th century, wisely restored and with a sublime view of the sea!
At ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom on the 1st floor and from the main building or from the terrace you can access the Stone Tower which houses a romantic double room and a bathroom, in total can host 10 guests.
Upon request, for 4 guests more, dependence with air conditioning, can be opened.
This charming residence is ideal for groups of friends, family reunions, BBQs and elegant dinners with chefs.
You can choose to have them on the first floor in the cozy living room with windows overlooking the sea or on the cinematic sun terrace, which has a stunning round view.
Don't forget to sunbathe by the pool or take bath in the salt water.
Just go down the stone ladder that leads to the sea and dive in!

At check in Security deposit to be paid cash: €1.500 and Credit card as guarantee.
Pets are welcome, we ask further cleanings to be paid: €40 per day for stay shorter than a week, 200€ per week.
Additional sheets towels, and pool towels
Upon request kitchen cleanings: 30€
Laundry service or soaps in case you’d like to use washing machine by your self.
Heating at consumption
Tourist tax
For check in later than 7 p.m. will be applied an extra charge.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

- For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

- For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
