FDM Villa Raffaella

Raffaella is a detached house surrounded by a well kept garden, at few steps away from Forte dei Marmi main square and 10 minutes walking from the beach.
With 2 car park hidden by hedges on the right side of the Villa, outdoor dining table and BBQ is the ideal home for a family of 4 people with a nanny or 2.
Yes becouse the basement apartment has an indipendent entrance, a marble kitchen, bathroom, a single bedroom and a double sofabed in the big livingroom.
At the garden floor we find the common areas, as the kitchen, the livingroom, indoor dining room, porch with outdoor dining table and a 3rd bathroom with tub, for the smallest one.
The night floor has 2 bedrooms sharing a shower bathroom and a pleasent balcony with view on the Apuan Alps.
These charateristics mountains are white for the famous Carrara marble so much familiar to Michelangelo! These can be excursion destinations for anyone who’d like to a hike in the mountains even if in holiday by the sea!
This location is also a perfect base to visit Florence, Lucca, Pisa and also Liguria area with its Golfo dei Poeti, Portofino and Cinque Terre.

- external maintenance
- household linen (2 changes per week).

Additional expenses:
- Deposit € 1,500 to be paid in cash at check in
- € 300 for General Cleaning to be paid in cash at check in
_ Utilities according to consumption (electricity: € 0.50Kw / h).

Check-in: 15-19. You can arrive later, but please note that after 20:00 there is a supplement of 50 € per hour. It is not possible to check in after 23:00. Check-out: 10:00

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

- For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
