Villa Ilaria

Located between the popular holiday resort of Forte dei Marmi and Cinquale, Versilia, Villa Ilaria is a prime location. It is set in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the beach and the central square of Cinquale where there are all sort of services. This villa is surrounded by a private garden once a week manicured by a trusted gardener, which is overlooked by two pergolas where you can eat to fresh air and enjoy the barbeque. Outside there is also a laundry room with shower.
On the ground floor there is the living room, a bathroom, the dining room and a full accesorized kitchen with an access to the pergola.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms: a twin bedroom (if necessary can be transformed into a double bedroom), a bedroom with two bunk beds (3 single bed, 1 queen bed), a double and a queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the attic floor there is the master bedroom with a balcony, a lounge with a sofa bed and one more bathroom.
This villa is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays by the sea, or a group of friends who want to enjoy the Versilia’s nightlife.

- Live in maid service (except on Saturday and Sunday)

Not included in the price:

- Due at check in: General Cleanings + sheets and towels € 350 per week.
- Due at check in: Security deposit 1.500€ per week (2.000€ for rentals longer than a week)
- Electricity at consumption: €0,70 Kw/h
- Gas at consumption €2,70mc
- Water 30€ per week.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

- For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

- For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
